David E. Booker
A product of the eugenics wars of the '50s, David E. Booker developed relatively normally until in his mid-forties. Then a child started appearing on his shoulder. Each day, as the child has grown, both physcially and mentally, David has regressed ... at least mentally. Physcially, however, he continues to age. Projections are that by the time he is 60, he will have the mental capacity of a six year old. Some of his closest friends claim he is already there.
